Niloufar was born and raised in Iran. She received her bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Iran in Tehran in 2002. She immediately began working in settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home healthcare while dealing with various types of conditions. In 2013, she moved with her family to the United States, where she took additional courses and earned her license to be a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2020.

Niloufar is passionate about life and her career. She cares deeply about the health and progress of her patients, and is highly motivated in her care. She firmly believes in the saying, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do," by Steve Jobs. Niloufar is a hardworking individual who does not cut corners or give up. Her friends describe her as a real "go-getter" and she gives her all to every task or responsibility.

In her free time, Niloufar reads books about literature or history, listens to music, or plays the piano. She believes that nothing can touch the human heart more than music, and that it is a spiritual remedy of mind and body.
